1. We survey the location
Our team surveys the site using our own app, then presents the findings and works with you to identify the best position in the store. You see what we would place, and what it should earn, before anything is signed.
Space is usually the first question. A terminal is between 28 and 32 inches wide and about 24 inches deep; the redemption terminal is under 20 inches wide. A typical location runs two or three terminals and one redemption unit, which fits against a wall or at the end of an aisle. You do not need a game room.
2. We install and license
Once you approve the schedule, our team clears the selected area and installs the terminals and the redemption terminal. Equipment, permits and compliance work are at our cost and on our paper.
3. We collect, and we pay you
Your staff never touch a machine. Collections happen weekly, on site, with no cash ever visible on your floor. Every collection is scanned, producing a full audit trail, and payment reaches you by ACH each week with the accounting detail behind it.
This is the part operators tend to be most sceptical about, and the audit trail is the answer. You are not taking our word for what the machines earned.
4. Up and running
Service issues are handled within twenty-four hours. Redemption balances are monitored daily. We keep reviewing the equipment mix and the placement for as long as the machines are on your floor, because a terminal that stops earning is our problem to fix.
