Most companies sell you something. We would rather pay you.

Floor space you already pay for, earning every week.

Republic places legal, regulated skill games in convenience stores, fuel centers, truck stops, bars and restaurants. We buy the equipment and carry the licensing. You take a share.

Coast to coast. Whoever you are and wherever you are, we have you covered — and it costs you nothing to put in.

You are in good company.

A Pace-O-Matic skill game terminal

What is a skill game?

Most of the country has never seen one. Here is the short version.

Skill games ≠ gambling

Gambling must have all three elements.

  • ConsiderationWhat you pay to play
  • ChanceThe ability to win is random
  • RewardThe prize you get if you win
Consideration

A legal skill game, like Pace-O-Matic, does not have chance — and skill is always needed to win.

  • Consideration
  • ChanceRemoved entirely
  • SkillThe player decides the outcome, every time
  • Reward

Defended at no cost to you. Pace-O-Matic indemnifies the product contractually and Republic carries the licensing. Neither sits on your paper.

How it works

Four steps. None of them cost you money.

01

We survey the location

We survey with our own app and agree the best spot with you. Nothing is signed first.

02

We install and license

We clear the area and install. Equipment, permits and compliance at our cost.

03

We collect and pay you

Weekly collections, no cash on your floor, a full audit trail, paid by ACH.

04

Up and running

Service within twenty-four hours. Balances monitored daily. We keep optimizing the mix.

What installation actually looks like, step by step →

True revenue sharing. No purchase and no lease.

Republic owns and maintains every machine on your floor. There is no cost to you at any point — you provide the space and take a share of what it earns. If it stops earning, we change it out.

Straight answers

The questions operators actually ask.

Regulation differs state by state and it moves. Republic operates only in markets where our equipment is permitted, and we carry the licensing and compliance work ourselves — in Washington, D.C., for example, we are licensed through the liquor board.

Tell us your state and we will give you a direct answer about where it stands today rather than a general one.

Nothing. Republic buys the equipment, delivers it, installs it, services it, and carries the licensing. There is no purchase and no lease on your side. You provide the floor space and take an agreed share of the revenue.

Less than operators expect. A terminal is between 28 and 32 inches wide and 24 inches deep; the redemption terminal is under 20 inches wide. A typical location runs two or three terminals and one redemption unit, which fits comfortably against a wall or at the end of an aisle.

You do not need a game room or a dedicated corner. We will tell you on survey exactly what your floor can carry.

Space is only half of it. A small bar with steady traffic can out-earn a much larger site that is quiet, so we look at both before recommending anything.

Amusements — pool, darts, jukebox, cranes, golf — vary far more by venue. Entertainment Experts will find the mix that fits your room.

We do. Republic runs its own service technicians out of regional offices rather than subcontracting, which is why we only operate in markets where we have people on the ground. Any location can reach the customer service team by phone or from this site.

Our people collect on site and the collection is scanned by QR code, which generates the report automatically. That report is emailed to your accounting team or ownership immediately on collection, and we pay you your share. Year-to-date and year-end figures are available on request.

For multi-site chains we report by location so your regional teams can see performance store by store.

Reporting detail and cadence are customisable on request. Some owners want every collection on every machine; some want a monthly summary. Either is fine — tell us which.

Then we will say so, and point you at something that is. Plenty of rooms earn more from a pool table, a jukebox, a crane or a golf cabinet than they ever would from a terminal, and that is a different business with different economics.

Entertainment Experts is our amusements side and covers all of it, including music licensing. Same group, same service model, no cost to you to put equipment in.

Often, yes. Many locations are under an exclusive with an operator who has placed one or two machines and never revisited the venue. If you are under contract we will tell you so plainly rather than waste your time — and we will note when it comes up for renewal.

Since we put Lone Star Skill games in, our sales have gone higher than ever.

Tell us about your venue.

A real person reads every one of these, usually the same day.

  • We survey before we propose anything
  • You will get a revenue figure for your actual location, not a brochure
  • If we are not right for your market we will say so

Got it — thank you.

This has gone to the regional office that covers your market. Expect a call from a real person, usually the same day.
